What sets this biscotti apart from all others is that even though it is twice baked it does not have to be a dried out tasteless twig that must be dunked in your coffee or tea to be remotely palatable.

Way North Foods Biscotti are crunchy yet soft and bursting full of luscious flavors from northern Michigan and beyond. The biscotti is hand formed and have an attractive rustic look to them. 

The ingredients are from local suppliers such as Cherry Central in Traverse City who supplies our dried cherries, cranberries and blue berries as well as Old's Brothers who supplies our maple syrup.

We currently offer three core flavors of biscotti - Dried Cherry White Chocolate, Lemon Blueberry and Double Dark Chocolate as well as new flavors such as Maple Walnut and Orange Dried Cranberry. All of our biscotti are made with natural ingredients such as creamery butter, pure cane sugar and choice local fruits.
